A cancellation fee is charged for canceled reservations. Fee will depend on which package was selected and how far in advance it was cancelled.

We only accept credit card payments for online reservations.
We will contact you with regard to a payment when the booking is confirmed.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB,and AMEX .

*If we do not receive payment within 3 days, your reservation will be cancelled automatically. Please complete payment as soon as possible.
*Customers canceling a reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee. (see below)

Beach Photo Packages

*All refunds will be processed at the end of the following month. The refund amount is 100% minus a small processing fee.

Cancellation fees vary according to the venue chosen for the ceremony.
These fees are fixed, and are incurred regardless of the reason for cancellation.
It is also not possible to change the date after reserving. Please refer to the following table:

*Reduction of cancellation fee will be considered as a special measure when travel cannot be carried out due to natural disasters, outbreaks of infectious diseases, acts of government agencies, compliance with laws and regulations, fires, wars, terrorism, suspension of travel services such as transportation and accommodations etc.
