Sarento's Top of the "I" is an Italian restaurant on the top floor of the Ilikai Hotel. Skillfully incorporating tastes from both the Mediterranean and Hawaii, this restaurant has received several honors, including winning the Ilima Award, and is a favorite of many Japanese celebrities. While the cuisine is outstanding, the scenery from the top floor is also wonderful, offering a view of Diamond Head, Waikiki, and Ala Moana through the windows.
